With over two decades of experience across clinical, academic, and private practice settings, she works with individuals navigating complex relationships with food, body, and weight. In her practice, she provides medical nutrition therapy for conditions such as eating disorders (anorexia, bulimia, ARFID and binge eating disorder), diabetes, bariatric care, weight management, sport nutrition and overall wellness, while integrating a mind-body approach that emphasizes both science and self-awareness. Dr. Ford is especially passionate about helping clients reconnect with the joy and creativity of food while developing a sustainable, personalized path to health.

Megan Hall, MPH, RD, LD, is a Registered Dietitian with a Master's in Public Health. Drawing on a strong foundation of seven years of clinical experience, she has spent the last six-plus years specializing in outpatient care. In her work with clients, she provides medical nutrition therapy for chronic conditions like diabetes, chronic kidney disease (CKD), and heart health. Megan also focuses on realistic behavior-change counseling to support general well-being, women's health, and plant-based lifestyles. As a parent, she understands the beautiful chaos of raising a family, and she brings that firsthand relatability into her sessions to help clients balance healthy habits with real life. Outside the office, you’ll find her out for a walk, lost in a good book, or soaking up quality time with her family.
