All services can be completed virtually. Dr. Ford currently offers in-person appointments at her office if you are local to Redlands, CA. Megan and Aman are currently only virtual.
Here’s the states we currently can provide virtual care: Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Indiana, Massachusetts, Maine, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Virginia, Vermont & Washington.
For Medical Nutrition Therapy services, IWMG is paneled with United Behavioral Health, Aetna , Cigna, and Optum (Inland Empire) and has pending contracts with Blue Cross, and Health Net.
I can provide SuperBill and Invoice documentation for retroactive reimbursement upon request. Rates are specific to your insurance and co-pays may be required. Check with your insurance carrier for specific requirements.

All appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled 24 hours prior to your appointment to avoid no show fees. The fees are as follows: $75 total for each appointment missed.
If you are unable to provide notice, you will be charged your full fee.
